1/2 pound each ground beef, pork and veal3/4 cup dried Italian breadcrumbs1 extra large of jumbo egg1 tsp grated Parmesan cheese1/2 tsp dried parsley1/2 tsp minced garlicdash salt and pepper3 tbsp ketchup
Mix beef, veal and pork, beat egg with garlic, parsley, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Add mixture to meat. Add water to breadcrumbs. When water is absorbed, add to meatloaf mixture. Top with ketchup. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hr.
