Healthy Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour, preferably fine3/4 cup minus one table spoon white flour1 Tbsp oat bran1/4 cup sugar, white3 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt2 Tbsp applesauce, unsweetened1 Tbsp olive oil1 egg, lightly beaten1 tsp vanilla1 cup milk, 1 %1 cup fresh blueberries
Directions
Mix dry ingredients, except blueberries together. Then mix in the wet ingredients until just blended. Fold in the blueberries. Put in a muffin pan sprayed with cooking spray. Fill each cup about 2/3-3/4 full. Bake at 400* for 15 minutes. Let cool for a minute or two before removing from pan.
