2 T rolled oats, uncooked1/2 peach, peeled and chopped1 T chopped pecansJuice of an orange wedge or ~ 1/2 T orange juice1 tsp light butter1/2 tsp brown sugarpinch of salt, if desiredpinch of cinnamon or spices of choice
In a ramekin, combine peaches and juice. In a bowl, combine oats, pecans, brown sugar, salt, and spices. Add butter and stir till mixed well. Spread mixture on top of peaches and bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes, or till bubbly. If you wish, you may broil for a few minutes to brown the top. Serve and enjoy!
