Cheddar zucchini frittata

Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, shredded Egg, fresh, 4 large Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp Butter, salted, 1 tbsp Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Onions, raw, 4 small Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced
*Chop green onion, slice zucchini.
* Preheat oven to 450
*Whisk eggs, cheese, parsley and set aside
*In cast iron skillet melt butter and olive oil. Add onion and zucchini. Sautee until tender(5min). Season with salt and pepper and spread evenly on bottom of skillet.
*Pour egg mixture on top of veggies careful not to dislodge them.
*Reduce heat to low cooking until eggs set.
*Transfer skillet to oven cooking until golden(5min)
