2 C Bisquick Heart Smart1 1/4t pumpkin pie spice2t baking powder1t baking soda1/3C+1T Truvia1/3C Lt Butter1/2C Splenda Brown Sugar Blend3/4C egg beaters1 can Pumpkin1C Carrots shredded TOPPING4 oz lt cream cheese2 1/2T Truvia1T skim Milk
In small Bowl combine flour, spice, baking powder & soda.
In larger bowl cut together both sugars & butter till crumbly. Add egg, pumpkin, and carrots. Stir till well blended. Spread into 9 X 13 greased pan. Bake 25 to 30 min at 350.
Topping
Mix together cream cheese, Truvia & Milk thoroughly. Spread over top when cool.
