Ingredients
Ground Turkey 1.5 lbsDiced tomatoes 28 ozcorn tortillas 14 cottage cheese 16 ozpepper jack cheese 8 ozegg 1
Directions
cook turkey until brown & drain grease
add tomatoes, chilli powder, garlic powder, cumin,salt, pepper

separately mix cottage cheese, cheese, & egg

layer corn toritillas (8), add meat mixture, add layer of corn tortillas (4 to 6) add cheese mixture.

bake 30 minutes @ 350
