Apple Egg Salad

Ingredients
Please adjust to your taste I never measure anything so I just gave ballparks on the seasonings:5 Extra large eggs boiled1 med. onion1 med. apple3 Tbsp. MayonnaiseThese are just to taste or shakes:1 shake ground ginger2 shakes or grinds of S&P each2 shakes ground cumin1 shake grond mutsaard1 shake celery salt
Directions
While you are boiling your eggs cut up the apple and onion into fine pieces (unless you like chunks then make them bigger)
Cool the eggs under water and I like to open them under water too. Mash up the eggs in a good size bowl and throw in the apples, mayo, onions and other seasonings. with a fork mix it all up until desired consistency

Serving Size: I would say serving size is enough to lay flat on a piece of toast not heaping
