Almond Flour Cookies

Ingredients
2 tbsp ground flax meal3 tbsp hot water1/4 tsp stevia1/4 cup honey1 cup almond meal (preferably after making some almond milk)1/4 cup whole wheat flour (or brown rice flour)1/4 tsp xantham gum1/4 tsp baking soda1/4 tsp baking powder1/4 cup chocolate chips
Directions
In a medium bowl, in place of one egg, mix together 2 tbsp ground flax and 3 tbsp hot water until gooey. Then add almond meal, flour, xantham, baking soda and powder. Once mixed thoroughly, add chocolate chips. Bake at 375F for about 24 minutes.
