Ingredients
Make a marinade of 1/2 cup of llight italian dressing 1 tbsp lime juice1/2 tbsp honeyCut chicken into strips and let marinate at least an hour. Or overnight
Directions
Pan fry the chicken until golden brown on each side.

Calories include only half the dressing since it doesn't all stay on the chicken.
