Blackberry and Pear Coulis

Ingredients
2 cups blackberries5 small pears (peeled, cored and diced)4 tsp sugar1 cup water
Directions
Place all ingredients in pan, heat gently, and simmer for 20 minutes. Use as is, or liquidise into puree.

Serve with natural yogurt, either hot or cold.
