Peach Kuchen

1/2 cup butter1/4 cup sugar1 egg1 tsp vanilla extract1 cup flouer1/2 tsp baking powder1/4 ts salt2 large fresh peaches, peeled and sliced3 tbs sugar1 tsp cinnamon
preheat oven to 350
Grease and flour a 9 inch springform pan. Sift together the flour, baking powder and salt, set aside
In a large bowl cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg, then stir in vanilla. Beat in the flour mixture. Spread dough with hands over the bottom and one inch up the sides of prepared springform pan.
Arrange peach slices in a spoke pattern over the dough. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown.
Serving Size: makes eight servings (5 WW's old pts each)
