Pork Chops 'n Stuffing Bake

Ingredients
4-6 oz boneless pork loin chops1 1/4 cups water2 T butter4 cups bread stuffing mix (like Pepperidge Farm)1 can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup1/3 cup skim milk
Directions
Bring water and butter to a boil in a sauce pan. Stir in stuffing mix and fluff. Put stuffing mix in a 3 quart casserole dish. Place pork cutlets over the top. Sprinkel with desired seasonings, i.e., rosemary, thyme, seasoned salt, paprika, etc.

Mix together soup and milk, pour over pork & stuffing. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 mins.
