Grilled Chicken with Cola Sauce

Ingredients
1 tbls canola oil2 1/2 tbls finely chopped onion1 garlic clove, minced3/4 c cola (regular, not diet)1/3 c ketchup1 tbls cider vinegar2 tsps Worcestershire sauce1 1/2 tsps chili powder1/2 tsp Splenda brown sugar blend1 tbls sweet paprika1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp cumin5 boneless, skinless chicken breastsCooking spray
Directions
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Heat medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Add oil, add onion, saute 2 minutes. Add garlic, saute 1 minute. Stir in cola, ketchup, vinegar, Worcestershire, and chili powder. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer 15 minutes, or until sauce is reduced to 3/4 cup. Split sauce into 2 bowls, 6 tablespoons into one, rest into other bowl.

Combine sugar, paprika, salt, and cumin. Rub evenly into chicken. Arrange chicken on grill sprayed with cooking spray. Baste with sauce (not the 6 tablespoons!). Cook 5 minutes. Turn chicken. Baste with remaining sauce (not the 6 tablespoons!), cook additional 5 minutes or until chicken is done.

Serve chicken with the reserved 6 tablespoons of sauce.
