Lentil Kale Soup

Ingredients
Kale, 4 cup, chopped (remove)Lentils, 1 cup (remove)Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)Chicken Broth or Bouillon, 2 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)Water, tap, 4 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, .33 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Saute onion in olive oil over medium heat until golden brown. Add lentils, broth, water, bring to a boil. Simmer for 30 min.

Add kale and simmer for 5 more minutes.
