Courgette & Philadelphia Soup

Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil I med to large onion finely chopped3 large courgettes (1000g) Grated or chopped2 tsp chicken bovril made up to 1.5 pints with watermixed herbs200g pot extra light philadelphia
Directions
saute onion in oil.
Add courgettes and cook for 5 mins
Add stock
Bring to boil
Add herbs
Simmer for 20 mins until veg soft
Liquidise and stir in cheese.
