* *Canola Oil, 3 tbsp (remove) * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips (remove) * Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) (remove) * *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" (remove) * Onions, raw, .5 small (remove) * *Summer Squash, 1 cup, sliced (remove) * Zucchini, 2 cup, sliced (remove) * Garlic, 1 clove (remove) * Sesame Oil, .25 cup (remove) * Garlic powder, 1 tsp (remove) * *Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade, 4 tbsp (remove) * Pepper, black, .25 tsp (remove) * Salt, .5 tsp (remove) * Pepper, red or cayenne, .18 tsp (remove)
Start by preparing and cutting all the vegetables and measuring your ingreadients so that they are ready to go. Once you begin stir frying it goes quickly. In a wok or large saute pan, heat canola oil until almost smoking. While stirring constantly 1 at a time add in peppers, onions, then squah, zucchini, garlic, sesame oil and teriyaki sauce. Cook for 2 minutes and then add the others and seasoning. Cook for about 2 min more. Serve immediately
