Apple Crisp Gluten-Free

Ingredients
2 cups flour (either Almond or coconut or both) 1/2 tsp Sea or Himmalayan salt 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp nutmeg 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil (or grapeseed oil) 1/4 cup agave nectar (or honey or maple syrup) 1 Tbl vanilla extract 5 medium apples (peeled, cored, cut into pieces)
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients.
Mix in separate bowl, all liquid ingredients
Place apples in greased 7x11 or 8x8 Pyrex.
Crumble topping over apples.
Bake covered in preheated 350 deg F for 50 min on low rack.
When apples soft & juices bubble, remove cover.
Bake additional 10 minutes to brown & crisp..
Remove, serve warm.
