Roasted Hazelnut and Extra Virgin Olive Oil Dressing

Ingredients
1 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil3/4 cup White Wine Vinegar1 tablespoon Hazelnut flavoring, adjust to taste (or flavoring of your choice)1 teaspoon cracked black pepper, adjust to taste4 tablespoons water1/2 teaspoon sea saltYou can add sugar/splenda if desired, but this will change the nutritional values listed.
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a salad dressing carafe or 16 oz bottle with a lid, shake until blended, and serve on your favorite salad.

I used to buy Lucini's Roasted Hazelnut & Olive Oil dressing at $6.00 a bottle, it was worth it, but this is just as good and MUCH cheaper.

Serving Size: Makes 32 1 Tablespoon servings although I generally use 2 tablespoons on my large salads.
