Chicken Verde

Ingredients
4 chicken breasts1 c. basil leaves1/4 c. olive oilJuice of 1 lime3 cloves of garlic1 poblano pepperSalt & pepper
Directions
In a food processor, combine the basil, lime juice, olive oil, and garlic and puree until you get a good marinade. Pour the marinade into a bag with the chicken and let it marinade for at least 2 hours.

Over a grill or medium heated grill pan, cook the chicken, turning periodically to prevent burning.
