Baldwin's Pico De Gallo

1 red bell pepper, chopped and seeded1 green bell pepper, chopped and seeded 2 jalapeno peppers, chopped 1 Medium red onion 4 cloves garlic, minced 1/4 cup lime juice1 tsp black pepper 1 bunch cilantro minced
Chop up peppers, onion and cilantro. Add garlic and lime juice and pepper. Mix well.
Chill for at least an hour. Enjoy with flank steak, eggs, tortilla chips or tacos or any dish your heart desires.
