Baldwin's Pico De Gallo

Ingredients
1 red bell pepper, chopped and seeded1 green bell pepper, chopped and seeded 2 jalapeno peppers, chopped 1 Medium red onion6 roma tomatoes, or 1 can diced petite tomatoes drained 4 cloves garlic, minced 1/4 cup lime juice1 tsp black pepper 1 bunch cilantro minced
Directions
Chop up peppers, onion and cilantro. Add garlic, tomatoes , lime juice and pepper. Mix well.

Chill for at least an hour. Enjoy with flank steak, eggs, tortilla chips or tacos or any dish your heart desires.
