All-Rounder Tomato Soup (81 Calories!!)

Ingredients
Canned Tomatoes (diced) - 1 CupYellow Cornmeal (Polenta) - 1/3 of a cupSour Cream - 2 tablespoonsPowdered Single Serve Soup (eg. Pumpking, French Onion flavored, whatever vegetables you like with tomatoes!)- 1 sachet/envelopeWater - 0.75 CupParsley or Spices (to taste)
Directions
1. Simmer canned tomato together with the cornmeal.

2. Add in powdered soup of choice. This helps make the soup heartier. (For this Nutritional Calculator, I chose the Lipton Vegetable "Cup of Soup" brand however any plain instant soup will do)

3. Add the sour cream and spices/herbs of choice. (I recommend parsley, oregano, basil, or spicy herbs for this recipe)
