Kelly Rennie's Zucchini Protein Slice

Ingredients
3 Zucchini2 eggs3 Tbsp. Vanilla whey (heaped Tbsp.)1 tsp. Cinnamon1 Jar Organic Apple & Mango Baby Food (alternative: 4 oz. applesauce)1/2 cup Ground Almonds
Directions
Peel the skin of the zucchini and slice into a food processor. Add all the ingredients into the food processor and mix until smooth.

Pour into a lightly oiled 8"x8" baking dish.

Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes.
