Ingredients
All the Below vegetables to be cut in large chunks 1 onion 1 Potatoe1 red paper4-5 baby corns7-8 mushrooms To be ground in a coarse powder1 dried red chilly 1 tea spoon cumin seeds1 inch cinnamon5-6 black peper corns Salt to taste
Directions
* Cut all vegetables in large chunks
* roast the spices in a pan ; let them cool down and ground them in a coarse powderake the
*Heat oven at 200for 10 mins
*add the spices, olive oil, lime juice, salt in vegetables and mix them well
*grill the vegetables in oven for 15 minutes
* Enjoy with a mild soup or on a bread
