Simple curry potatoes

Ingredients
Potato, raw, 7 cup diced Yogurt, plain, low fat, 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap, 5 cup (8 fl oz)Curry powder, 2 tbsp Aloo Dum (Spicy potato curry mix)If you want to make from scratch here is a good recipe.1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds (jeera)Pinch of asafetida (hing)2 teaspoons besan (gram flour)1 bay leaf1 teaspoon grated ginger1 teaspoon finely chopped green chilies1 tablespoon coriander powder (dhania)1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder (haldi)1/2 teaspoon paprika1/4 chopped cilantro (hara dhania)
Directions
Slice potatoes thinly, add to pot with water and curry powder. Bring to a boil, simmer for 30 minutes, add yogurt, continue to simmer for 10-20 minutes.
