Half and Half Cream, 200 mL Granulated Sugar, 200 grams Egg, fresh, 2 largeHoney, 50 grams Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp Flour, white, 200grNuts, macadamia nuts, dry roasted, 1 cup, whole or halves
Pre-heat the oven at minimal heat.
Mix the Cream and sugar. Add the eggs, the honey and the extract. Mix well. Then add the flour and the nuts (whole) with slow movements until everything is mixed.
Pour into a previously buttered and floured cake dish. Put it in the oven and cook for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
