1 # Pork Chops (pork loin),cut up2 cans Bean Sprouts - LA Choy2 tbsp Bead Molasses3 T Kikkoman Soy Sauce Lite 2 cup chopped celery1 cup chopped onion 2 - 4oz Canned Mushrooms2 tbsp Cornstarch
Brown meat; add onion and 1 Tbls each of soy sauce and milasses. When browned, add juice from bean sprouts and mushrooms; cook until done. Add celery, bean sprouts and mushrooms. Thicken with cornstarch and add remainder of soy sauce and molasses. Cook 10 minutes or until pork is tender.
