Chicken Tortilla Soup

Ingredients
3 lb Rotisserie Chicken -Meat Picked from bones, skin removed.2 small cans Fire Roasted Green Chiles16 C Chicken Stock1/2 C Salsa1 Tsp Thyme1 Tbl Cumin1 Tbl Dried Cilanto1 Tbl Dried Oregano1 Tsp Chile Powder1 Tsp Chipotle Chile Powder1/2 Tsp Ancho Chille Powder1 Canned Tomaotes- Diced1 Ear corn- Shucked and trimmed from Cob8 OZ Corn Tortillas1/2 C Canola Oil
Directions
Remove meat from Chicken and boil bones with bay leaves, garlic, onion carrot and celery to make an awesome homemade stock. Pick bones and add recipe ingredients

Cut tortillas into strips and gently fry in oil coating strips with oil. Finsih off in oven to crisp up and brown and 325 oven
