Salmon & Tuna salad sandwich filling

Ingredients
1 - 14 oz can salmon, drained2 - 5 oz cans waterpacked tuna, drained2/3 cup chopped sweet onion1/2 cup shredded cabbage1/2 sweet red pepper1/2 cup shredded zucchini2/3 cup shredded carrot2/3 cup chopped celery1/2 pkg light cream cheese, softened1/2 cup light mayo (to taste) OR substitute plain yogurt1-2 Tbspn honey mustard (optional)salt & pepper, if desired
Directions
Blend all ingredients together.
Chill for best blend of flavors.

Serve open on a slice of whole wheat bread with spinach or lettuces.
Can do a "melt" with a slice of cheese on top.

Approx. 8 servings - about 1/3 cup each.
