Lynda's Spinach Quiche

Ingredients
Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat, 24 oz Spinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) yields Egg, fresh, 1 large *Whole Wheat Flour, 0.2 cup Cheddar Cheese, 6 oz Mushrooms, canned, 1 cup
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients together except for 3 oz cheddar cheese.
Pour into greased 9" pie pan and add remaining 3oz cheddar chesse to top. Bake for 1 hour.
