Creamy Chicken Tortilla Soup (Crock Pot)

Ingredients
4 whole Chicken Breasts, Cooked 4 cans Cream Of Chicken Soup (10 Ounce Cans) 1 can Rotel Tomatoes And Chiles (10 Ounce Can) 2 cups Milk 2 cups Half-and-half 1 pound Mexican (or Regular) Velveeta Tortilla Chips
Directions
I usually cube the raw chicken into tiny pieces and then cook with taco seasoning to add a bit of kick. We like it spicy, so I usually add some cayenne pepper to my chicken, and use the spicy Rotel.

Mix all ingredients (except tortilla chips) together in crock pot and cook on low for 7-8 hours or high for 4-6 hours. Serve over tortilla chips.
