Ingredients
*Kroger Imitation Crabmeat, 1.5 cupCelery, raw, .25 cup, diced Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped Capers, canned, .5 tbsp, drained *Lemon Juice, 1 lemon yields Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt, Plain, 1 oz*Kraft Mayo with Olive Oil (reduced fat mayonnaise), 2 tbsp Parsley, 1 tbsp
Directions
Mix all ingredients and refrigerate approx 4 hrs. Serve on chopped lettuce.
