Creamy Chicken Tacos

12 corn tortillas1 - 8oz Low Fat Cream Cheese1 - 10-12oz canned white chicken, drained
Lightly spray griddle with cooking spray and let heat up. Place tortillas on microwave-safe dish and heat 1 minute, or until tortillas can be handled without tearing. In saucepan heat together cream cheese and chicken until smooth and creamy. Place 1-2 tbsp creamed mixture over half of the tortilla, and fold tortilla in half. Place on hot griddle, browning each each a few minutes until lightly crisp. Drain on paper towel. Serve while warm.
*For easier handling for my kids, I cut them in half after they're cooked and my kids dip them in salsa.
