Ingredients
Directions
1 - Cottage Cheese, 1%, 16 oz container1 - Cool Whip, Lite, Regular container - Thawed1 - Pkg dry Jell-o, any flavor you want (I use sugar free)Optional not figured into nutrition countAdd drained crushed pineapple or berries depending on the flavor you are making
Thaw the Cool Whip because its usually in the freezer section. Fold the cottage cheese & cool whip together. Don't stir to hard or the cream will go flat but you do want it well blended. Gradually add the dry Jell-o to the flavor level you want.
The sugar free dry Jell-o comes in a small amount in the box so you can usually get away with adding it all. The regular Jello-o you may only use 1/2 a box. Add to taste preference
You will want to refrigerate for at least 90 minutes so the jell-o can set up.
