BBQ Tofu

*1 package Nasoya Lite Firm Tofu *8T Robbie's All Natural BBQ Sauce (or other low calorie option)
1. Cut the block in half and place on half of dish towel on a plate. Fold the dishtowel over top of tofu. Place a heavy book on top of tofu and set in fridge for an hour or two.
2. Preheat oven to 350F. Cut tofu into 32 pieces (8 pieces/serving) and place in medium bowl. Add 8T BBQ sauce and mix. Allow tofu to marinade for at least 30 minutes.
3. Place tofu pieces on foil lined baking sheet. Cook for 25-30 minutes (flip tofu halfway). Enjoy!
