Low Carb Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients
3 1/4 c. Hunts Tomato Sauce1 cup Mushrooms, canned, sliced1/2 cup Pepper & Onion Blend - Frozen 2 links Italian Turkey Sausage - Shady Brook used to calculate1/4 c. Red Wine1 Tbsp. Olive OilSplenda, 2 packets Salt, 1.2 tsp Emeril's Italian Essense, 1 tbspParmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbsp Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp
Directions
Fry turkey sausage, drain well.

Roughly chop frozen peppers and onions.

Mix All ingredients except Parmesan Cheese, Simmer for 30 minutes over med-low to let flavors marry.

Stir in parmesan chesse.

Add other seasonings to taste.

Serve and enjoy
