Homemade Protein Bar

Ingredients
- 1 Oz. cracked peanuts ( 1/2 cup in shells )- 1 Tbps. peanut butter- 1 Tps. Cocoa powder- 1 spenda packet- 1/4 Tps vanilla flavoring- 1 egg without yolk

1. Mix 1 Tbps. peanut butter with 1 Tps. Cocoa powder
2. Add Spenda packet and 1/4 Tps. vanilla flavoring and mix
3. Add your egg without yolk and mix thoroughly (may take a while to mix)
4. Add 1 Oz. cracked peanuts to mix
5. Put oil on a baking sheet and place mix on to it then mold it into a bar.
6. Pre-Heat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 15-25 minutes
7. Optional put peanut butter ontop of bar and bake for an extra 3 minutes
8. Chill if refrigerator over night.
