Kale salad

Ingredients
Kale, 4 cup, chopped*Seeds, sesame seeds, whole, roasted and toasted, 1 ozOlive Oil, 3 tbsp Carrots, raw, .5 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long)
Directions
Chop kale, grate carrot. Add together. Pour on sesame seeds and olive oil. Massage. Eat.
