BBQ Tofu

Ingredients
1 block lite firm tofu, pressed1/2 c ketchup1 TBSP yellow mustard1 sm onion, chopped2-3 cloves garlic, minced1 tsp maple syrup1 TBSP lemon juice1 TBSP soy sauce
Directions
Saute onions and garlic in a little bit of broth or water. Or, begin adding the liquid part of the BBQ sauce, such as soy sauce and lemon juice. Once onions are tender, add remaining sauce ingredients. Allow to heat through to meld flavors. Add pressed tofu and crumble in pan. Heat through - about 5 minutes.

Serve imediately
