Ingredients
20 leaves Basil 110 Black Olives 150 Red Ripe Tomatoes 20 Pine Nuts 40 gram 4C Pecorino Romano Cheese 500 gram(s) Penne rigate, de cecco, dry 125 gram(s) mozzarella di buffala, galbani 10 grams Olive Oil
Directions
Cook pasta. Chop up other ingredients. Toast pine nuts. Drain pasta. Mix with chopped up vegetables, cheese and nuts. Add some herbs according to taste.
