3 Egg Whites.25 cup 2% cottage cheese.25 cup rolled oats2 scoops vanilla or plain protein powder2 Tbsp ground flax seed2 Tbsp wheat germ.5 tsp baking soda.5 Tbsp canola oilGround cinnamon to taste
Throw all ingredients into a blender or food processor. Mix thoroughly. Cook as large pancakes in nonstick skillet. Eat plain or top with warm fruit or maple syrup.
