8 oz beef top round steak, thinly sliced1 15oz can pineapple chunck, juice reserved2 Tbsp vinegar2 Tbsp soy sauce1 Tbsp cornstarch1 Tbsp brown sugar1/8 tsp crushed red pepper1 Tbsp olive oil1 cup bell pepper chunks1 small onion, sliced thinly
1. For sauce, pour 1/2 cup reserved pineapple juice int a small bowl. Stir in vinegar, soy sauce, cornstarch, brown sugar and crushed red pepper. Set aside.
2. Heat olive oil in wok over medium-high heat. Stir fry bell pepper and onion until crisp tender. Remove from wok and set aside.
3. Stir fry beef until cooked through. Add sauce to beef. Stir untuil bubbly. Add vegetables and pineapple chunks. Stir to coat and heat through.
