Ingredients
1 lb butter2 c sugar1/4 c cinnamon3 c ground almonds4 eggs6 c flour
Directions
mix butter, sugar & cinnamon first.

add next 3 ingred in order in mixer until a soft dough forms.

form two fist size ball and roll out dough between 2 pieces of wax paper (takes about 6 balls).

put in freezer until ready to bake.

cut into crescent shapes and put on cookie sheet. brush tops with egg yoke.

bake for about 10-15 mins at 350.

yeilds about 15 DOZEN

    Im not an expert cooker and I get confused easily. So do I make two balls the size of my fist and roll it out or do I make six balls? How thick should I leave it when I cut it into crescent shapes? This is probably common sense stuff to most but I havent been cooking for long. Thanks for helping me - 2/14/09
