Spaetzel - lower sodium/cholesterol

Ingredients
3 cups whole wheat flour1 cup 2% milk 4 large egg, whites 1/2 tsp salt
Directions
Combine all ingredients together, mix until smooth. Over a pot of boiling water drop a small about of the mixture through a large hole seive. Stir gentle to prevent the noodles from clumping, boil until tender. Drain well and serve immediately.

Can be added to a sauce or fried with a bit of cooking spray and seasoning.
