Panko Breaded chicken breast

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 0.5 breast, bone and skin removed *bread crumbs - panko--1/4/c=25 cal, 1 serving Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 tbsp
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 F.
spray chicken breast with PAM, then coat with panko bread crumbs (seasoned with dried herbs of choice), bake on a rack on top of a baking sheet until done and lightly browned and lightly crisp. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and return to oven to melt. Serve with a salad.
