Greek Meatballs

Ingredients
10 oz Extra Lean Ground Beef (96/4)1/4 cup Raw onion, very finely chopped1 tsp Roasted Garlic puree/minced garlic1/8 cup Egg Beaters2 tsp Dried Oregano1.5 oz Fat Free Crumbled Feta Cheese1/2 TBSP Red Wine Vinegar 3/4 tsp Cavender's All Purpose Greek Seasoning
Directions
Preheat oven to 400d
Lightly spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray (or lightly oil)
Very finely chop/mince onion
Gently combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Shape mixture into meatballs (any size you'd like) and place on baking sheet.
Bake 15 minutes
Turn meatballs and bake 10 more minutes
Turn again and bake 5 more minutes or until lightly browned and cooked through.
If desired, serve with tzatziki sauce, marinara sauce, and/or pita bread (not in nutritional info)
