- 2 packets Perdue Perfect Portion Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1 cup Pace Enchilada Sauce
- 1 can Del Monte Savory Sides Santa Fe Corn
- 1 packet Uncle Ben's Minute Wild Rice
This recipe is brought to you by Campbell Kitchen.
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Place chicken in roasting pan and bake for 30 minutes.
- Pour enchilada sauce over chicken. Bake 30 minutes, basting with sauce.
- Stir sauce and serve over chicken.
We added the extra sauce after placing chicken over rice and drizzeling over all. Prepare corn side as directed.
