Fennel dill Waldorf Salad

Ingredients
Two green onions, chopped (1/2 cup)1 Fennel Bulb, chopped1 cup grapes, halved1 small gala apple diced (1 cup)1/2 cup reduced fat mayo2-4 tbsp. chopped fresh dill1 1/2 pounds grilled boneless skinless chicken breast, diced1/2 cup walnut pieces
Directions
Mix ingredients together and serve on whole wheat bread with a slice of cheddar cheese and lettuce.
