Dark Rye Bread

Ingredients

2 cups blanched almond flour1.5 cups ground flax meal1 tsp sea salt1 tsp baking soda1.5 tsp cream of tartar6 eggs1/3 cup olive oil1/2 cup water4 tbsp caraway seeds
Preheat oven 350.
Grease a loaf pan w olive oil or coconut oil. (parchment makes it easy to remove from the pan).
Mix dry ingredients in large bowl, except caraway seeds.
Mix wet ingredients in another bowl.
Stir wet into dry until well incorporated, then mix in caraway seeds.
Allow batter to sit for 1 or 2 minutes to "thicken"
Pour batter into the loaf pan.
Bake for 50-60 minutes.
Cool and serve.
Serving Size: 1 slice - 3x10 loaf pan (Recipe makes 24 slices)
