plain mini quiche

Ingredients
onion diced finelyeggs 4chicken breast 1 filletparsley chopped finelycheese of your choice ( preferably low fat)milk 1/4 cup
Directions
cook chicken breast ( healthy way) dice into pieces and mix with all the other ingredients in a mixing bowl.
lightly spray muffin tins add mixture and bake until golden brown.
makes roughly 6 muffin size quiches.
